Some are. Nades tagged as pro-verified are lineups a pro player has actually thrown in an official match, so you know they work under real competitive conditions. If you ever run into a nade or trick that doesn't land as shown, you can report it directly from the page so we can review and fix it.

Yes. Favorite any nade or trick for quick access, or create a named collection to group lineups together, for example by strategy, site execute, or map. Collections are shareable by link, so you can send your teammates a filtered view with just the lineups you want them to practice.

Setpos is a CS2 console command that instantly teleports you to an exact position and viewing angle, for example setpos -299.968750 -1161.931030 136.256561; setang -16.521105 90.546722 0.000000;. Where available, you'll find a "Copy setpos" button on the nade page, so you can copy it and paste it into your console on a practice server with cheats enabled. It's especially useful for nades that require very precise aim points. Not every nade has one yet, so if you know the exact setpos for one that's missing it, you can contribute it yourself.

A jumpthrow is a technique where you jump and release the grenade right at the top of the jump, so every throw comes out with identical timing and force no matter how you'd naturally throw it. Valve removed the old single-key bind for this, so it now has to be timed manually (for example jumping with the mouse wheel and releasing by hand).
