Run, then jumpthrow with both mouse buttons.

Instructions
Hug the wall in connector, vertically align your aim with the orange mark on red train, aim at the bottom bar of the train. Now hold W and once your crosshair reaches the middle bar, perform a mouse both (left & right) + jump throw while still holding W.
