Run, then jumpthrow.

Instructions
Spawn 4: Aim at the top corner of the building and go slightly up. I use crouch-> aim-> uncrouch. Run without moving the mouse until your crosshair hits the right side of the big building. Then jumpthrow while beeing backed up against the wall behind you and holding left (A-key).
